It was great to see so many brothers and friends of the lodge there, dedicating their time to help make sure the lodge continues on. I know that it seems like a lot of work that can be done but it will be alot easier when we have many hands helping. The small auditorium looks great now! All that was needed was some new ceiling tiles and a little elbow grease.

Next time we do this, we are gonna clean some gutters, fix the first floor walkway by the temple board room, change around some radiators, and other things that need to be done.

If you have any ideas (and I know that there are some brothers out there with some GREAT ideas), please let me know. We have one brother who is getting ready to see if we can get some of the furniture reupholstered in the blue lodge room. We need some new curtains to hang there also.

If you want to do something but don’t know what, I am sure I can find something for you to do. The food was fantastic. Thanks to Bro. Mark Rice and Paige for cooking. You did a wonderful job.
The Mead - Excellent. In fact, I think there are still a couple of bottles left. If you wanted to take a bottle home, drop $10 to Bro. Smith and enjoy. It’s a great drink for family get-together. Don’t need food to go with it. Or sit by the fire with your lady and enjoy it.

The next three meetings are going to be great.  For the first meeting in Novemeber, we have scheduled a night of Masonic Jeopardy!  Come and play along as we try to give you answers to the questions that you have been asking! 
The second meeting is going to be a "Mirror" night where you can sit in most of the officers chairs for just one night to see if you like it.  Don't worry though!  The current officers will be right beside you to help you through the meeting and all of the responsibilities that come with it. 
We also have scheduled the Festive Board for Nov. 9.  MWGM Ponzillo will be our guest speaker for the evening.  We have planned for 150 people and it would be awesome to fill the auditorium for him.  The cost of the meal is $15 and EVERYONE is welcome to come and enjoy some fellowship and food.  Bring your wife and kids!  Let them see why you go to lodge meetings twice a month.  It may strike a chord for them to look into Job's Daughters or OES! 
On November 19th, the Good Cheer Club is holding its 2nd Bonanza.  Tickets need to be sold!  It's $30 per couple.  This includes your meal and beer.  There will be a cash bar there also.  Hope to see you there!
Finally, in December, we have elections.  This is THE MOST IMPORTANT MEETING OF THE YEAR!  If you like the direction the lodge is taking, come and support the officers.  If you don't like the direction the lodge is taking, come and help to elect officers that you think will do the best job.  This is the night that you have the biggest say in what happens with the lodge.  No Brother should not attend if he is able come.  We will also be enjoying a chili dinner that evening hosted by the Entered Apprentices with the assistance of Bro. Jay Hodges!  Food, Fellowship, and Deciding the Direction of the Lodge for the next year.  I really hope to see you there.

Last night, I was honored to be selected to be the guest speaker at Brunswick Lodge 191’s 4th Annual Table Lodge. What a fantastic time! I’d like to thank Bro. Shaool for coming to support me. The lecture was on the history and esoteric nature of apron. Dinner was great, the brethren were welcoming, the jokes were horrible :) Hope to see you at our Festive Board on Nov. 9 when MWGM Ponzillo will be our guest speaker. Let Bro. Smith know ASAP so we can plan accordingly.
