The Worshipful Master is the head of the lodge. He is elected by his brothers to run the lodge for a term of one year. During this term, he is responsible for all undertakings of the lodge. He reports to the Grand Lodge of Maryland.
It is the Senior Warden who helps the Worshipful Master in closing the lodge. He will also act as Worshipful Master in his absence.
The Junior Warden is responsible for making sure the lodge runs correctly during times of rest and relaxation. He assists the Senior Warden and the Worshipful Master.
The Secretary keeps written records of all the lodge's transactions. He is responsible to make sure that all of the bills are passed to the Treasurer for payment.
The Treasurer pays the bills of the lodge. He also maintains accurate records of monies received.
The Senior Deacon sits at the right hand of the Worshipful Master. It is his responsibility to carry instructions from the Worshipful Master to the Senior Warden. He also conducts candidates during their initiation. He is also responsible for introducing visiting members.
The Junior Deacon sits at the right hand of the Senior Warden. It is his job to make sure that all messages are carried from the Senior Warden to the Junior Warden. He also informs the Worshipful Master when someone wishes to gain entrance into the lodge after the meeting has started

It is the job of the Senior Steward to make sure that all refreshments and dinners are set up. He also helps to prepare new candidates for their initiation.
The Junior Steward is responsible for helping the Senior Steward in the refreshments before or after the meeting.
The Tyler makes sure that all meetings are closed to cowans (imposters) and eavesdroppers (people trying to overhear the secrets of the fraternity). He stands outside of the lodge room and alarms the lodge when a worthy brother seeks to gain admission after the meeting has started.
No Masonic lodge is complete unless a Chaplain fills it's ranks. He is responsible for opening and closing all meetings with a prayer. He is responsible for helping the Brothers to always seek light from the 3 Great Lights of Masonry.
